Maison Assouline

Maison Assouline is a cultural concept store in the heart of Piccadilly, London. It is Assouline's first flagship, an oasis of culture and design and plays host to an extensive collection of coffee-table books, as well as hand-picked furniture, objets d'art and rare first editions of classic titles. Opened in 2014, by publishing founders Prosper and Martine Assouline, the Grade II listed building was originally a banking hall designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens in 1922 and was one of the most iconic locations in the capital. Now home to the all-encompassing Assouline cultural lifestyle library, Maison Assouline also encompasses Swans Bar, an in-house bar which transforms throughout the day, providing coffees, lunch and afternoon tea alongside a range of artisan cocktails inspired by some of the most loved Assouline titles.
